The tech came out and replaced 2 coax cables that were bad from the dish install.
Apefaced changed my profile to the other one and I have not seen any issues as of yet! woohoo!
We will see how this goes and I will let everyone know. Thanks for the feedback and the help everyone.

| Apeface can you hook me up as well on the 25mbs profile? I posted above that I have 2HD/2SD but am on the 19mbs profile. My max rate is usually around 29.9mbs which should have enough headroom for the 25mbs profile. Let me know and I can pm my account #...Thx |

It does matter what you order, because 2HD+2SD+10mb internet is not going to fit in 19mb.
So my question is, if you're limited to the 19mb profile, what combinations of services can run on it? |

kudos:3 | There are 2 profiles, 25/2 and 19/2. 25/2 is default on every line. 19/2 is for the ones with issues. Everything else is handled by QoS filters. If you have a crap line, they most likey arent going to let you order elite or max, but you can still get 2/2. |
