No thanks.

You shouldn't have to pay an additional fee for service you should already be receiving.

Re: No thanks.

Guess you've never heard of "expedite" requests...Those are not free.

Re: No thanks.

Again, I repeat my statement. You should not have to pay extra for something you should already be receiving. If a company does not want to get you service as fast as they can (therefore also getting your payment much sooner), then that's their choice. Instead, this company is starting to offer these "expedited" services for an extra fee, which is something one shouldn't have to pay for to get service, since, of course, they could go to another provider and the the same or better service without the fee. Sounds a bit ridiculous to me.

Well this sounds like it bumps you to the front of the line, so it's an expidited install. I think I would like this, as I pay bills online and need a connection. I don't think it's a bad thing as long as the regular install is free. That should be free. An expidited, next day install or even same day install could be chargeable in my world. A 2 day charge is pushing your luck though. Let's not go down that slippery slope....

Have you heard of Fedex/UPS paying more for Same Day, Over Night, 3-day compared to the standard 5-7day delivery time? Pretty much the same thing
