I did that with my Logitech mouse a year ago..I had a pretty good one for 3 years, but towards the end it just wouldn't charge anymore, so I called them up and they sent me a brand new laser mouse! No refurbished equivalent or anything, simply a brand new top-of-the-line mouse!
