I think I would like this, as I pay bills online and need a connection. I don't think it's a bad thing as long as the regular install is free. That should be free. An expidited, next day install or even same day install could be chargeable in my world. A 2 day charge is pushing your luck though. Let's not go down that slippery slope....]]></description>
