To me it is just an example of a company that this person may not like having screw ups as well. Now lets be fair. Verizon has it's own issues in regards to causing grief and harm to customers. So if we are going to bash lets keep it fair. Neither company has a perfect track record.
Penn and Teller stated the other night that sex addiction doesn't exist. Then Showtime advertises a show whose character is in rehab for the problem = classic. What is amazing to me is that with all the free adult content available online that anyone would still be using the old fashion phone sex lines.
