Because a functional citywide WiMax network is not yet a reality for most of us. All we really need to do is add some more towers here and it would make this hyped SF system look like the nonsense that it is. Oh, did I mention that the TRAXX WiFi network is FREE to use by any passenger? I hope you all enjoy making Clearwire investors rich, and while you all waste your money on slow ISP's, we will continue to enjoy our 50 Mbps Utopia connections.
