 | Another money grab.. Being an ex-Bell customer (*puke*), a lot of people who were also customers (or perhaps still are, in which case you have my sympathies) are aware their normal non-"expedited" service is piss poor, there are numerous cases where something is scheduled, and no tech shows, no explanation, nothing. Some people even reschedule and have this happen again. Many customers have had to take days off and deal with this crap.
So now, they introduce express install to give frustrated customers an outlet for Bell's poor service. How about fix your g-damn service before gouging people for more money? |
