The problem is, in my opinion, is there are no unbiased groups out there. It seems that people are either vested some way (personally, emotionally, or financially) in broadband one way or another.. OR, they don't care. Those that don't care about BB will most likely not pay attention to details that really matter. (Think congress in general) And then those that are vested some way will take their own slant in their review.
Some will have a gripe with the providers and be on the attack, some have financial interest in some form and will do as their masters say, or, others see broadband the way THEY want to and use it and will base their data in the way that best makes sense for them, again, not thinking about the network and infrastructures at large.
So, really, are there really any groups out there with out a bias? It's typical to be segregated when something is so new as the internet really is, at large. |

Since when is consumer advocation about personal, emotional or financial involvement. Clearly you know not from whence you speak. Any consumer advocacy group (e.g. EFF, etc.) does not currently earn and never will earn the megabucks that you evidently think would motivate them to look out for consumer interest. |
