In Canada everything is as slow as dial-up. Heck there's a lot of money to be made for any American company advertising dial-up to Canadians because dial-up costs triple in Canada what it costs in America. Yes there's the rich and the poor in Canada but no in-between. The rich opt for a dedicated line the rest of the population is going back to dial-up because both dsl and cable are useless thanks to caps throttling and overuse charges.
