| TELUS taking advantage of suckers
The fact that TELUS is already using ADSL2+ technology, but refuses to offer higher speeds (10+ Mbps) at a low price is totally embarassing to the country - some third world countries provide better ADSL service! Yeesh! In addition, there is a rumour that the modems were deliberately configured to prevent anyone from getting access to higher speeds. IMO, this is illegal.
On the other hand, TELUS knows Canadians are complete suckers for spending so much money on things with low value, so screw you.
In today's standard, people should only be paying $15/month for 6 Mbps line. TELUS is screwing the people by a difference of $20. Multiply that amount by millions and that equates to a lot of $$$ stolen by TELUS. Criminals. This is why internet must be nationalized. Free market doesn't work in the long term. |
