Networking printer with FIOS

fishacura : I am having some trouble networking my printer with FIOS network. Here is my setup. I have an XP based desktop that has a printer installed on it. I have a VISTA laptop and a wireless network which is working fine for file sharing and internet use (networked through the FIOS router). I shared the printer on the desktop XP machine. When I try to either locate the printer on the laptop or type in the \\network\printer address, it is not found. Anything special I need to do with my firewall or some other setting? I read a bunch of help sites and people generally don't seem to have issues but I sure as heck am...Any advice is appreciated as always!

--
People who don't get good service on average tell 10 others while people who do get good service on average tell 1.
