There is no caller ID and the call is gone. Occasionally a call will actually get through. If we reboot the sunrocket gizmo, a call or two might come in normally, then the calls don't make it through agian. It has been very bad for 2 or 3 weeks and it started to happen maybe once out of 20 calls, now about 1 out of twenty come through successfully.
