man, we had a great time in N.Y. over the labor day weekend. we stayed at the sheraton on the hudson in N.J. saturday alone we walked the financial dist.,chinatown,little italy,greenwhich village,tribeca,soho, then took subway to central park. we had a blast!!! saturday night we went to sofritos. place is great. we will surely be back for a visit. hey, we even found money at the subway.  the transit system is unlike any I have seen. I lived in Miami for 26 yrs, and Washington, D.C. area for 14. they dont even come close. so thanks to all who gave us advice.

I'll echo your comments about the subway--no I never found money, but the NYC subway system is second to none. And I love D.C.'s system, but not as much as NY's. |
