Re: Comcast throttling Netflix's Instant Watch? Answer: No There was an issue last night with the qwest / global-exchange handoff. Some reports indicate the issue has been resolved but I've seen a couple people still seeing the issue...
You can call 1-866-402-2616 with your service code from the website and let us know you're still seeing the issue, and who your ISP is, we can get your information added to the ticket we have open with the engineers so they have additional information to work from.

Thanks Guessing you are a netflix employee?
FYI, I called netflix support, the support representative told me that it was on Comcast's side because the rep pinged the movie server from his office, his house and his friend's house... When it was just me, it wasn't a problem. But when multiple people started having the problem, you started looking into it? What? :-\ |

1 edit | Anyone still having this issue? I think it might have started up again for me...
Mod Note: Yes, see this more recent thread ---> »Info if you're still having trouble streaming netflix videos
Please don't drag old, idle threads up again. This one was linked in the newer thread. |
