They are walking a fine line finding capital to expand broadband while holding on to existing customers.

Hopefully they will be successful and will be able to invest in Fiber soon. /tom While i agree with you, if they alienate all their central/southern NH customers, they will turn elsewhere for faster speeds, as I have tried the 3/768 plan and couldn't stand it for the cost/speed differential.

It really is a slippery slope they're sliding down, and I don't feel as a consumer that I would choose to switch to their service again if they don't become competitive to cable. |

I would love to see FIOS/FAST in my future, but it's not going to happen if they can't/won't upgrade to it. With cable companies in the area still on Docsis 1.1, and now offering 8/512 or 15/1 from Time Warner, or 6/1 or 8/2 from Comcast, they need to catch up or be left in the dust. And 16/2 for Comcast in some markets. |
