| [Connectivity] getting really sick of comcast lately Northern VA
I previously was on directv for many years with comcast HSI. A few issues here and there with the HSI, but nothing to get too excited about. About 8 moths ago I decided to switch to comcast for the triple play. During the 1st 5 months I was very happy with the service, I even liked the phone service so much I decided to switch my regular home service to comcast too. That is where my problems begin. Okay I forgive the part where they blew 2 appointments to install my new line. But after they did get it installed the next day they bricked my modem and I was out of service for 3 days until a tech could come and replace it. I was supposed to get a $30 credit which I never did receive. They were supposed to add the new line as the primary line and then the original line would be the $10 line, they cant get that right either and keep billing me 20 for it, and now they are also ascessing me an additional 33 dollar charge on my bill that I can't figure out. For the previous 6 months my bill was always 108, I add a 10 phone line and now its 168. Ok so thats the phone part. Now the tv part, I am supposed to have the prem channels on all boxes, I had to switch out one box at the station, brought it home and it was fine, a week later and all the prem channels are missing from it, 2 phone calls, no prem channels still. On demand wasn't working had to schedule an appointment for a tech and it worked on that day after he adjusted the wiring outside, now it is not working again. Basically 1 I am being over charged, 2 I am not getting what I am paying for. Any ideas? |
