Please use the CONTACT link inside the web console, and request that a second SIP peer be setup for your account. You then register the first device to the first peer, second to second peer.

I think you don't have a number with us, correct? if so please mention it so we can set up your 6-digit to ring to both SIP peers. (you can set it up yourself with our numbers - but with SIP we'll have to create a "virtual" number for you to make it work)

As general answer, since I don't have F9 ... That's the way any VoIP provider would behave. If you register multiple devices, then they need to be on separate (sub)accounts. Then there would need to be the concept of a 'ring group' or similar function to make make both ring when the DID is called.

Has anyone been able to simultaneously register two or more SIP devices to incoming.future-nine.com? When I tried, only one of the two phones would ring when my F9 number was called. The phone that rang was whichever one had most recently registered. Both phones were on the same LAN, same public IP.
