Problem here is Comcast is stuck in last year. I wouldn't say Comcast is stuck in last year. They do have markets with 16/2 mbps packages. And the rest of the country 8/2 mbps is the top tier. I would say WOW and Comcast are pretty neck-and-neck here.

Okay, let me rephrase: WOW will be upping their top speed to 15/2 in ALL markets, with no PowerBoost tomfoolery. Comcast on the other hand only implements 16/2 service where there's FiOS pretty much. The Denver area is stuck with 8/2. So while some areas aren't so bad, WOW's top tier would be a significant improvement over what I have right now with Comcast. Basically the difference between speeds for the first 50 MB of a download and speeds for the full download.
