Rogers doesn't use satellite feeds for terrestrial channels. They either get them off-air using plain ol' UHF/VHF or (if distance is an issue) microwave, and HD channels are fibre fed from the source in either Buffalo or Detroit. Once there, it goes to their main distribution centre in Toronto where it's fibre fed to their markets in Ontario and Eastern Canada. Satellites are rarely ever used anymore for cable broadcast distribution.

that's what I'm hoping for, I want to know if it was a general problem and just not on my end since I just added a 750Gig to the PVR. It seemed that every minute or so the picture would jam and during the 1st quarter it seemed to have jammed for like 10 minutes. Did anyone else experience this or was it just me.

Edit: I stand corrected it's Sunday night football.
