@merr.com		 Yes, we are a CLEC. Haven't had any trouble porting with other Telco's until this one.

 If Powercom and Verizon's wholesale departments are not responsive to you, then advise your end user that you don't have agreements to port from Powercom, which seems to be true ... have them port direct to Verizon, then pick it up. that will be a test of your selling skills!

@merr.com		 Yes, I guess that's what I will have to do. Just hate to give up on something. It's my first failure to port with a company. Thanks for the advice.
