Then again this sort of DOCSIS 3 upgrade is an increase in bandwidth CAPACITY which will allow end user bandwidth and caps to be increased.
to 10GB? lol

There are people like me who go on downloading binges. If I can download twice as fast it gives me more time to download more. Most of my limits to downloading content is due to the time it takes to obtain the content.
Then there are those who leave their computers on all night torrenting.
