I signed up for RCN service in October of 1997, when I moved into the LEahigh Valley, signed up for triple play when it was first offered to me more than 6 years ago, and have sent them more than $10,000 since the beginning. This leaves a real bad taste in my mouth.
Quite disappointed. Seriously, how much did it cost RCN to subcontract giganews? Can't imagine is was very much at all.
