 mec @grandenetworks.net | Poor Signal Quality For the last several days, Grande TV has been deteriorating. There are frequent ( several per minute) blackouts, the speach is not syncronized with the picture and distorted with words chopped out or repeated like a stammer.
About a week ago, there was an e-mail/internet outage and occasionally the telephone service disconnects. I do think their tech support has improved. When I began the bundle service several years ago, the local (Waco, Texas) staff were rude, indifferent and apparently incompetent. I don't know what the office situation is now but I expect the staff of high school students has turned over several times by now. I had to call Marble Falls for any help or wait until evening and call the after hours support system in India. ( They were very efficient.} Lately, I have had better luck with the trouble lines though they usually confirm some global problem rather than problems with my hardware. |
