So what you are saying is I'm being moved to a tier that costs $5 less today than it did yesterday. Is my bill going down by $5?
I called this morning and tweaked my service. Ultra did become xpress. I droped the HD pak and changed to xtreme. Saved about $10.00 with price guaranteed untill 2011. Reboted modem and am getting 15Mbs. Very happy here.
