I called this morning and tweaked my service. Ultra did become xpress. I droped the HD pak and changed to xtreme. Saved about $10.00 with price guaranteed untill 2011.
Reboted modem and am getting 15Mbs. Very happy here.

Well, I'm unhappy about those stupid WOW bastards.

Inflex has it right. Those people in the Ultra tier got F*ed.
