I would like to know who determines what market they test in and what markets they will test in. I'm in the south and I get tired of getting everything 2 years after everyone else
If you don't live in an area where FIOS is, you likely won't be in the early markets. FIOS is basically only on the East Coast and a few scattered areas in TX. So most of us won't see this upgrade anytime soon.
