I am lazy, all they had to do to keep me as a customer is give me what I paid for, no more and certainly no less. In the end all they did was take away my internet, over charge me for everything, so much that I gbot off my lazy ass and actually switched.

Now, with teksavvy it is simple, I get a bill through e-mail, it is for the correct amount every time, the service I a paying for is as promised, I pay the bill on time and everyone is happy.

When is teksavvy getting into the sattelite business so I can switch that over as well. :)

So I am getting more features with teksavvy and it is still cheaper.

And even though I don't use long distance calling much, it is only 2.9c/minute for all calls in north America, and there is no fee for that rate.

I've already been trying to convince my parents to switch their internet service, maybe they'll finally make the switch when I tell them about the home phone savings as well.

EDIT: Does teksavvy still get discounts for referrals? :)

DjEclipse : Bell just raised the price their call waiting service and that was the last straw for me. I'm sick of having to call in every month for them to correct their own mistakes on the bill, and now they raise prices? Enough of that, lol

Question 1. What is the best way to go about switching the home phone? Should I call Bell and cancel first, or Call teksavvy, then call bell, or does Teksavvy cancel with bell for me? I want to keep my existing number etc.

2. Since Bell's prices went up for call waiting etc. will teksavvy's prices be going up any time soon, or are they staying the same as what the website says?
