Comcast hasn't raised their Internet rate since they posted a door hanger, 3 1/2 years ago, trying to get our custom (we're still with AT&T DSL). Nearly as I can tell, customers who've been with Comcast for as long as they have offered Internet have not seen price hikes.
OTOH, former ATTBI, Insight, Adelphia, and Road Runner customers, acquired by Comcast over the years, have often grumbled about "price hikes".
