I repsect your position, but I think you're making a mountain out of a molehill. apeface  has been a very valuable asset to this forum, and has helped a few people resolve some issues that would be tough or impossible to convey through the normal support channels. Being able to relay information directly to people on the inside can be worth its weight in gold. I enjoy reading about things going on behind the scenes.
I would hate to see that stop over a simple miscommunication about a feature. I really don't think his intention was to attack you or your reading comprehension skills, or to spread misinformation AT&T's products. He may be an employee but since he's not posting in an official capacity, I just take what he says with a grain of salt, like any other human being here. His attitude towards seeing problems posted around here and looking into them on his end is about as professsional as it gets.
