Fisamo : Unplug your ATA for a minute, then plug it back in.

When you do that, the ATA typically goes through its boot sequence, with various lights turning on, off, etc. Then when the boot sequence is finished, the "Phone 1" or "CA" or "Status" light (may look different on the 5102S) turns solid green, and the phone connected gives a short "splash" ring.

Does this in fact happen when you reboot your ATA?

If you plug your PC into the ATA's LAN port, can it browse to the internet?

anon : Sorry if I put this in the wrong forum for troubleshooting.

Things have been super hectic around here, this is for my business.

I have Qwest DSL. Just set up Monday. Internet is running great.

Already enabled bridging with their tech support it wasn't bridging directly it was like Contributed Bridging/routing i believe (correct me if I am wrong please), and added Qwest's password onto AT&T D-Link server. All wires are placed correctly and all of my lights on the TA are solid.

I still have no dial tone.

The phone DOES ring, but when I pick up I receive crackling/dead air.

Any ideas? I am all ears!
