Phone is not in use,being used,ringing,off-hook,nothing.
over 20 disconnects yesterday in 5 hour frame. Same period today = 2 disconnects. |

Valencia, CA | In other words, the less the phone gets used, the more you may have certain types of problems. When you called support, did you use your landline or a cell?

1.a cell phone
2.CALLED support.
I have emailed them.
By the time my complaint is addressed, the problem disappears.
As this has been a ongoing problem, I have found support to be lacking. Numerous times I have been advised that :a ticket was opened: with the telco. To date I have not been contacted about OLD "tickets". Each time I complain, the problem seems resolved for a week or two.
There appears no causal-effect relationship to phone usage. |
