over 20 disconnects yesterday in 5 hour frame. Same period today = 2 disconnects. |

 combdyn join:2007-03-20 Cottonwood, AZ | I have not; 1.a cell phone 2.CALLED support. I have emailed them. By the time my complaint is addressed, the problem disappears.
As this has been a ongoing problem, I have found support to be lacking. Numerous times I have been advised that :a ticket was opened: with the telco. To date I have not been contacted about OLD "tickets". Each time I complain, the problem seems resolved for a week or two. There appears no causal-effect relationship to phone usage. |
