As this has been a ongoing problem, I have found support to be lacking. Numerous times I have been advised that :a ticket was opened: with the telco. To date I have not been contacted about OLD "tickets". Each time I complain, the problem seems resolved for a week or two. There appears no causal-effect relationship to phone usage. |
