I don't know that statement is true or not. Do you have any links or posts from Minn trial areas that says they won't get an exemption to the cap or a different cap?
I will actually take this one, YES, they are under the SAME 250GB cap that everyone else is. This review states that the user called Comcast and they stated the cap is about 200GB/month (this was before the 250GB announcement). The review can be found here: »
