toro : I don't see any problem with your setup as long as the DD-WRT doesn't do any kind of NATing on its own (in other words your DD-WRT's LAN ports are bridged directly to the LAN of the neigbor's router). Also you should have turned off the DHCP server in your DD-WRT router and use it the DHCP from the neigbor's router.
Now about your WRTP: the NAT router feature should be turned on (it is on by default), and the DHCP should also be turned on. In the VoIP configuration, because it's connected behind another NAT router, you should activate the NAT Mapping and NAT Keepalive under each of the Line 1 and Line 2 ports.
Antman : I have a RTP300 and have been following the tutorial exatcly as it shows and have downloaded the RTP firmware from Linksys then hexedited it but I never get that far. I do the commands and see the File get downloaded by the router the file "von10062.bin" goes to it then nothing happens. the power light never starts flashing it just never reflashes the router at all. What can I try? I really want to ge this thing unlocked.

**EDIT**
I wanted to add that I did get it done. I didnt rename the img file I downloaded for the RPT300 to von10062.bin. I renamed it then did the steps again and it worked. i then ran cyt35.exe and it did its thing then I was able to upgrade to my hex edited image file I got from the linksys web site and now I am unlocked. I set it up with MagicJack and all is good. Only issue I get sometimes is the adapter sometimes thinks my phone stays off the hook when I do a phone call. But I really appreciate this guide. Thank you to all that made it possible. Vonage told me that since I didnt have Vonage I should either send them back the router or throw it away. LOL! The guy told me if I didnt get Vonage service it wouldnt even function as a router.

Download CYT unlocker
»/r0/download/1···in32.zip

3. Save The following code into a file rpt300_unlock.txt. Remove any code and comment lines that you don't need. If you are using Windows then add a space to the end of each line. DOS style line endings do weird things.
 #!/bin/sh  echo Hi  # Remove next two lines unless you connected serial console cableecho setenv CONSOLE_STATE unlocked >> /proc/ticfg/env echo 'Admin::11876:0:99999:7:::'    > /var/tmp/shadow  # Choose only one file source and remove the other line#wget -O /var/fw.bin tftp://192.168.15.100/von10062.bin -v wget -O /var/fw.bin http://httpconfig.vonage.net/rt-11.1.0-r021-1.00.62-r060327.img -v  sleep 10 && cd /var && upgrade -f fw.bin
You can download 1.00.62 firmware directly from the Vonage servers or use local tftp server.

Bare minimum version of the script looks like this:
#!/bin/sh wget -O /var/fw.bin http://httpconfig.vonage.net/rt-11.1.0-r021-1.00.62-r060327.img -v sleep 10 && cd /var && upgrade -f fw.bin

4. Login into the router GUI as "admin/admin" at »192.168.15.1/ (if you are using local tftp server you restart it now).

5. Go directly to this page: »192.168.15.1/cgi-bin/firmwarecfg
Browse to rpt300_unlock.txt and click "Update Gateway" ignore any errors.

6. Now go to back to the main menu, Administration tab, Diagnostics, and popup Ping tool. Run this command: "0.0.0.0 &&sh /var/tmp/config.bin"

This must be a little secret of one of the system developers - this command is exactly the length of the input field - no need for web developers plugin. :)

7. When router reboots disconnect it from the internet and run CYT as described elsewhere in this thread.

If everything works then after one more reboot you could first login as "admin/admin" at »192.168.15.1/ and then as "Admin/Admin" at »192.168.15.1/update.html and »192.168.15.1/Voice_adminPage.html pages. If you hooked up serial console cable to the RTP300 motherboard "Admin/Admin" will work at the linux login prompt as well. If you still having problemsrepeat steps 5 through 7 exactly as been written. Built-in busybox is quirky and one space character could make a difference.

It is also worth to mention here that on some of the LinkSys routers after you reset it and login as "admin/admin" first on the main page then subsequent combination of Username "user" and Password "d6nw5vlx2pc7st9m" or "AB2ChJScbtR5I" could let you to the /update.html page.

Enjoy!

The ETSI version of the firmware is specifically designed for the purpose of complying with the communications regulations pertinent to the European Union (as defined and set forth by the ETSI), so that the device operates in accordance with their laws and may be legally sold and used within their territory. It has no relevance whatsoever to guaranteing anything with respect to quality of reliability or response in any other country or territory. In fact, improperly operating (and in particular selling) a WIFI device designed according to ETSI standards in the US, can produce interference in a frequency band allocated for other use, and is illegal. That said, if you make sure to operate it within FCC specified limits, you'll be fine. In particular, do not operate it on any of the extra channels beyond those that are available in FCC compliant WIFI equipment.

Phoenix2088 : I have noticed that the information for unlocking the WRTP54G is scattered around in various threads. I am going to try and condense all of this information and make it as easy as possible to help unlock a Vonage/Linksys WRTP54G with 5.01.04 firmware. This is a multi-step process that will require downgrading and then finally upgrading to the WRTP54G-NA firmware.

EDIT: Please refer to the 4th post down for unlocking the RTP300.

Disclaimer: I am by no means taking credit for any of this. All of the hard work is credited to jetzhu , Velund , the author(s) of CYT, and anyone else I missed. I also do not take any responsibility if you brick your device. Do this procedure at your own risk!

Step 1: Downloads
1. Download Firefox and install the Web Developer Plugin.
»www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
»https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/60

2. Change security to none, and set the timeout and max retransmit to 10 and then hit OK.

Step 3: Unlock the Console using Ping Hack
1.
