also, the cap would be higher on the D3.0 tier. (remember, folks, it's about CONTROL!!)

They could care less if I maintain my websites.. they could care less about all that stuff.. they just don't want people freely distributing the work that is protected by their copyrights... ie: music, videos, and movies.
Do they want to control that? Sure.. it's there's to say how it gets sent out all over the world. |
