I'd like to be able to purchase speed and bandwidth "separately". I might want As Fast As I Can Go but be quite content to have 50 GB on tap each month.
Even better would be automatic rollover: you know, $20 for the first $50GB and $5 for each of the next $10 GB but if I hit $15, I am automatically moved to the next bandwidth tier (say, $35 for the first 120 GB). Or whatever.
