I use newshosting.com with my FIOS account, since the one Verizon provides is pretty unimpressive. I use their 8 connection one for $14.99/month, and it is the only service that can consistently saturate my 20mbps connection on a constant basis. Also they've had very few outages in the 3 years I've been using them.
Giganews is also a great provider that Comcast used to use. They're a bit more expensive though.
