My wife told me she got 5 calls in a row for this.

Whats funny is that on one of the additional calls, my wife told the rep that our bill is all up to date. Then my wife told me the rep asked her if my wife would like to pay the next bill early. She laughed.

Waldwick, NJ		 I just checked with my wife and it was American Express, not Verizon. I wonder if they use 3rd party services for this and it was the same service? A pretty big coincidence if not.
