It appears the Norton tech installed a remote desktop manager from norton.com called rescue me or some such. He remotely ran and watched my desktop.
He seemed to uninstall, reboot and re-install Norton Internet Security 2009.
I am not a fan however of having remote desktop controls available on my PC. Is there a way to remove "rescue me" from my PC? -- "People demand freedom of speech as a compensation for the freedom of thought which they seldom use."
