<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1514516"><b>Dogfather</b></A> : This describes Verizon perfectly.  Their system is so f-ed up, that reps CAN'T fix it.  Everything is so compartmentalized it takes a committee on the phone to even discuss it.  They are a complete mess.  If your service works, consider yourself lucky.  If you have problems, God help you.  It will take countless hours on the phone and months to resolve (if resolved at all).]]></description>
