Re: Changing Phone Numbers The phone line belongs to someone else I live with, if they move and take the number, I'm going to be forced to do something with the DSL since that's under my name.
So you're saying that Speakeasy would rather lose a customer because they're forcing him to get a more expensive package with less options instead of keeping the customer at the current package/price? 
This way we both lose; Speakeasy loses fees, and I lose my DSL. If Speakeasy allowed me to change my package to a new line, we both win; Speakeasy keeps getting my money and I keep my DSL.
Makes sense to me, but I guess not to Speakeasy. It's not like I'm trying to get the same thing at a lower price; if I was then Speakeasy would be losing. Why would you not want to keep a customer? 
EDIT: Changed so it doesn't sound like I'm directing anger directly to CBKBAMF , but more Speakeasy instead. |
