As a lot of ATTM subs will tell you -- all you have to do is go to, say, the ATTM-related boards on Howardforums -- is that since the iPhone 3g launch ATTM's 3g network has shown all the signs of being horribly oversubscribed in a lot of places.
So it's a good thing they anticipated a 5x load increase and are seeing only 3x. If there had been a 5x load increase the 3g network would be essentially unusable in a lot of places. |
