| So is it a CAP or a FAP? If it's a FAP, then if you go over 250GB, you are slowed to DSL speeds, but you can still surf? If it's a CAP, then why the hell shouldn't I be able to use my 16mb for the first day and a half every month. Comcast has to pick one or the other. If they are CAPPING at 250GB, then by noon on the 2nd day of the month, all the heavy downloaders will have run through their quote. If they are FAP'd, then the heavy downloaders won't be able to hit their cap until the 5th of the month. But comcast has to choose one or the other.
