Capacitive touch screens are nice, unless you want to use a stylus, in which case you're in trouble. Of course on a phone that's not that too necessary, but if the iPhone ever becomes a gaming platform to replace the DS and PSP- which I sincerely doubt- the lack of exact control will be a pain. Of course, it seems like the industry in general is moving towards capacitive touch screens, I wouldn't be surprised to see one on whatever Nintendo or Sony dream up to replace their devices anyway. But the resistive + stylus is better for some situations... |
