That's Kathryn's take. I read the linked articles where there is actually more detail. I merely answered a question as best I could with the information I had....not arguing.

Either way, I doubt that Media Defender is giving away content, authorized or unauthorized, so it shouldn't be too challenging to determine legitimacy.
I'm not even going to bother arguing with someone who can't be bothered to read the news blurb we're arguing about.
