I know that a cable modem will generally communicate only with the first MAC address connected after power up, so that's why I mentioned the above ideas. I can't think of anything else to try. If your unit wasn't formerly locked I would have suggested a factory reset.

Mazillo, I agree with your suggestion, but I am trying to check if my modem's QoS sucks as compared to putting spa2102 directly behind the modem. Thanks...

boatman9 join:2003-07-28 Portland, OR	reply to stuck You should power cycle the modem just before connecting the SPA2102. -- OR -- Use the MAC Clone Settings. Use the MAC address from your other device, the one that works OK when connected directly to your cable modem.
