not a full disclosure

Comcast disclosed as little as possible information on how they manage P2P traffic. They only disclosed what is already known/anticipated by people and there are a lot more they do to manage P2P traffic, which we haven't figured out and they think they don't need to disclose.

this is not an honest disclosure of their unfair practice.
