Were you charged an ETF and just didn't pay it, or did you cancel after the end of your contract? If it's the first, you might still be in their system and they could try to charge you the ETF. (and Verizon Wireless apparently actually has a billing system that can keep track of customers, unlike Verizon's landline division) |
