I canceled my cellphone, I DIDNT pay the ETF, Would they allow me back @ just month to month and NO ETF???

I would imagine they'll still run a credit check for customers to qualify them for the pricing, so if you stiffed them for the ETF, don't be surprised if they require a deposit.

Were you charged an ETF and just didn't pay it, or did you cancel after the end of your contract? If it's the first, you might still be in their system and they could try to charge you the ETF. (and Verizon Wireless apparently actually has a billing system that can keep track of customers, unlike Verizon's landline division)
