Moving service

V2dslx : I just recently got DSLExtreme, around 1.5 month now. But then I just got info that my area now offer verizon FIOS. So of course, I want it =)

Since I think I can't end my DSLExtreme without penalty (1 yr contract), can I however move my service to my sister? She just bought a house right across the street from where I am (litterally). So she should qualify to have the same service as I do internet and speed wise. And so if that's possible, how will it work and the timeframe to have the service move? I would just like some info on this plz thanks.
